Fees
I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Care Network, Priority Health, Aetna, ASR Health Benefits, United HealthCare, Optum, Golden Rule, and UMR insurance plans. Audacious & True Counseling requires that you put a credit or debit card on file which will be charged after each appointment for your balance due.
I also accept Straight Medicaid, Priority Health Medicaid, Meridian Medicaid, McLaren Medicaid, and Blue Cross Complete Medicaid. No credit or debit card is required to be on file if you have one of these plans. I do not accept any Medicare plans.
If you do not have one of the listed insurance plans, you can use your Health Savings Account (HSA) to pay for sessions. I can also provide you with a superbill each month that you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement of out-of-network services.
